Nowadays, there are a number of young people in poor health. According to the annual report of LiveHealthy, an NGO focusing on young people’s health situation, bad lifestyle, lack of exercise and working pressure are three mean causes of young’s health problems.

First of all, bad lifestyle has become the no.1 killer of young’s health. Many students do not have breakfast in the morning, and a lot of them even do not go to bed till midnight. These bad ways of life really do harm to their health. Secondly, some young people do little exercise. As the wise man said, human live healthier as they do exercise regularly. Lack of exercise makes young people weak and easier to get disease. In addition, young staffs are facing increasingly heavy working pressure. The bosses and the vision of a better life are pushing them to work harder and harder. Many of them have to increase their working time to finish their tasks.

However, young people are bearing more than these. For example, surrounded by junk food, lack of rest and relax can also make them unhealthy.
