鸡肉姜丝木耳香肠
材料
"凤梨 1/2个","鸡胸肉 1/2片","姜 1块","葱 1支","木耳 1大片","杏鲍菇 1支","辣椒 酌量","塩 1匙","玉米粉 1匙","糖 酌量","香油 酌量"
做法
凤梨切小片塩抓软(出水), 鸡胸肉切片,浸泡凤梨水(软化肉质)
鸡肉抓一层薄薄玉米粉、炒熟
姜、杏鲍菇、木耳
鳯梨炒入味
葱、辣椒、糖(凤梨甜、可省略)调味
少许香油提味
