外来人员入厂管理规定AdministrativeRegulationonVisitors’EntryintothePlant为加强公司日常行政安全管理,杜绝各类安全隐患及事故的发生,特此制订本规定。Inordertostrengthenthiscompany'sday-to-dayadministrativeandsafetymanagement,andtoeliminateallkindsofpotentialsafetyproblemsandincidents,herebythisregulationisformulated.一、所有外来人员及车辆实行门卫登记制。1.Aregistrationsystemisperformedbeforeeachvisitorand/orhis/hervehicleentersthecompany.二、所有外来人员及车辆必须如实填写“外来人员入厂登记簿”和“外来车辆入厂登记簿”,并将有效身份证件暂留门卫。2.Allvisitorsand/ortheirvehiclesmusttruthfullyfillin"TheRegistrationBookofVisitingpersonnel’sEntry”and“TheRegistrationBookofVisitingPersonnel’sVehicleEntryIntotheCompanybooks.",andtemporarilyleavetheirvalididentitydocumentstothesecurityguards.三、值班门卫负责登记入厂时间、核对有效证件、发放访客牌及车辆临时通行证,确定进入车间的人员还应同时发给防护眼镜。3.Thesecurityguardisresponsibleforregisteringthetimeoftheentry,checkingvalididentitydocuments,issuingthepasscardstothevisitorsandtemporarypasstotheirvehicles,ensuringpeopleenteringtheworkshoptowearprotectiveglassesatthesametime.四、所有外来人员的来访,值班门卫必须先行电话联络被访员工,经员工确认接待后方可放行。4.Eachvisitshallfirstbeallowedafterthesecurityguards’telephoningthevisitedemployeeandgettinghis/herconfirmationofreception.五、所有外来人员必须由办公区正门进入,不得5.Eachvisitorshouldenterthecompanyviaitsmainentrance.六、外来人员及车辆入厂后应将访客牌及车辆临时通行证佩戴或放置在显著位置。6.Afterentryintotheplant,thevisitorshallwearhis/hervisitor’scardandthetemporaryvisitingpassforhis/hervehicleshallalsobeplacedinaprominentposition.七、载货卡车只能停靠工厂收/卸货区,其他外来小车须有序停放在指定停车区域。7,Truckscanonlyparchatfactory’sloadingandunloadingzoneandothervehiclesshallbeparkedatthedesignatedparkinglotorderly.八、外来人员不得自行进入办公区或车间,由前台负责通知被访员工或车间安全人员(薛辛锋、张高龄、娄钢涛)带领或陪同,进入车间人员还应佩戴好防护眼镜。8.Avisitorisprohibitedfromenteringtheofficeorworkshop.TheReceptionshallberesponsibleforinformingemployeesorworkshopsecuritypersonnel(XueXinfeng,ZhangGaolingandLouGangtao).Visitorsshallwearprotectiveglassesbeforeenteringtheworkshop.九、外来人员需入厂施工的,除严格遵循上述来访制度外,还必须在前台填写“施工单位入厂登记表”,领取施工作业卡,且首次务必出示“安全施工合同”。9.Shouldvisitorsentertheplanttocarryoutconstruction,inadditiontostrictlyfollowingtheabovementionedvisitingsystem,theyshallalsofillin“TheRegistrationFormofConstructionUnit’sEntryatthereceptiondest,gettheirConstructionworkcard,andatthefirsttimetheymustproduce"safeconstructioncontract."十、离开公司时,施工人员应先行至前台归还施工作业卡,同时所有外来人员须至门卫归还访客牌、防护眼镜及车辆临时通行证。10Beforeleavingthecompany,constructionworkersshallfirstreturntothereceptiondesktheconstructionoperationcards.Meanwhile,allvisitorsshallreturnvisitingcard,protectiveglassesandvehicletemporarycardtothesecurityguards.十一、值班门卫应当恪尽职守、严格把关,对所有发货车辆应当检查签收出门证,在准确登记外来人员及车辆的离厂时间、收回所有公司发放的物品后,方可发还暂留有效身份证件,准予离开。11,Thesecurityguardondutyshallfulfillhisduties,strictlycheckon.Theyshallcheckandcollectallvehicles’passes,accuratelyregistertheleavingtimeofthevisitorsandtheirvehicles.Aftertakingbackthebelongingsofthecompany,theycangivebackthosevalididentitydocumentsleftthereandallowthemtoleavethefactory.十二、此规定即日起生效,原2005年8月10日公布的访客入厂程序之规定与本规定有出入处,以本规定为准。12.Thisregulationshallbeputintoforceimmediately.ShouldanyconflictsexistsbetweentheformerprocessonthevisitorsentryintothefactorypublicizedonAugust10,2005andthisregulation,thisregulationshallbesuperior.备注:下列公司内部车辆可不需执行以上登记程序。
