中国在加入WTO以后的负面影响当然不止三个，您可以自己选择引用。
●一般而言，加入WTO后，中国经济更密切地融入世界经济，中国产品对国际市场的依存度增加，中国固定资本投资对国际资本市场的依存度也会增加。
In general，after accession into WTO, the economy of China will integrate more closely into the world economy, Chinese products’ dependence on international markets will be increased, as well as the dependence of China’s fixed capital investment on international market.

●另外，随着更多的跨国公司进入中国，随着外资及外资企业在我国国民经济中地 位的进一步上升，以及我国宏观经济政策及管理必须符合WTO的多边协议和规 则的要求，将使我国国家的宏观调控难度增加。
In addition, with more multinational companies entering China and the enhanced status of foreign funds and foreign enterprises in the national economy, as well as the requirement for China’s macro-economic policy and management to comply with the WTO multilateral agreements and regulations, the national macro-control of China will become more difficult.
●具体的说，受影响最大的应该是农产品。由于开放农产品市场，主要是削减对小麦、谷物、肉类、奶制品和糖的补贴，取消对美国小麦、肉类和柑橘类食品的进口禁令；农产品的进口将会逐步增加，对我国农业的发展产生一定压力。
Specifically, the most affected should be agricultural products. Owing to the opening up of the market, the subsidy on wheat, grains, meats, dairy products and sugar will be reduced, and the import ban on U.S. wheat, meats and citrus fruits will also be lifted; this will result in the gradual increase of agricultural product imports, and the pressure on China’s agricultural development.
●外国产品更自由地、廉价地进入中国市场，肯定会对某些行业产生一定的 冲击，如化工制药业、机械工业、汽车业、某些电子产业、通信设备制造业等。
Foreign products will enter into Chinese market more freely and cheaply, this will certainly have some negative impact on certain local industries, e.g. the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, machinery industry, automobile industry, some electronic industries and telecommunication equipment manufacturing.

●对知识产权保护力度的强化，也会使一些长期侵权或缺乏创新能力，缺乏 品牌，依靠仿制生存的企业难以为继。
The strengthening of intellectual property protection will also pose some survival problems to those enterprises which are long-term violators or imitators, lack of the ability to innovate and without their own brands.

●开放服务市场是我国加入WTO所承诺的重要义务。服务贸易总协定要求 缔约方最终对服务贸易实施无条件最惠国待遇和国民待遇，服务行业将面临外国 同行的强有力挑战，将不得不让出一定的市场份额，出现“肥水流入外人田”的 问题。
The opening up of the service markets is an important obligation for China's accession to WTO. GATS requires all parties to implement unconditional MFN treatment and national treatment to the service trade, the local service industry will face a strong challenge from their foreign counterparts, and will have to give up certain market share, letting outsiders to have a good bite of the fruit.
