To plan, organize and supervise the Laundry activities on a daily basis. Enforces policies and procedures in relation to the Laundry, trains and directs all non-supervisory and rank and file staff within the section. Responsible for the supervision, coordination of all laundry and valet personnel

主要职责Key Responsibility:
Is responsible directly for the training and close supervision of all employees. They also assist the Laundry SUP in the overall running of the section and will perform the duties of Laundry SUP in his absence.
责培训和领导部门内员工，协助洗衣房主管组织工作。当洗衣房主管不在时，替顶工作。
Supervises and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and pressing items.
监督洗衣房活动，亲身参与洗衣、熨烫工作。
Informs guest of discrepancies in count, defects or stains in their items prior to laundry and dry cleaning; reports such house linen and uniform discrepancies and defects, major problem to laundry supervisor.
污渍和数目的不一致，应及时通知客人。在客房布草和工装点数上或发现较大问题应及时报告洗衣房主管。
Maintains quality in cleaning and finishing and sees to it that systems and procedures are being followed.

Ensure that guest items and staff uniforms are:
