The reason of the difficult employment of university student

The main reason, I think, is the huge population in China. The huge population causes the sharp competition.

Secondly, I think that what students have learned in universities can not be satisfied with the need of the society. The society is developing consecutively but the education has not been improved meanwhile to be compliant with the development.

Thirdly, I think that the reason can be the quliafication of the university graduates. Even though a lot of them got bachelor or master degree, actually they didn't reach the real standard of that qualification at all. The quliafication standard should not only include the acdemic knowledge but also the social work experience and proper self-value assessment, which can merge themselves into the real society.
