Why People Migrate to Another Country?
Many people choose to live in a foreign country, which has aroused great concern. Nowadays, more and more people, especially plenty of intellectuals, migrate to some developed countries, such as America, England and Canada. In addition, there are still many people studying and working in foreign countries struggling for “green cards”. There are many reasons accounting for this phenomenon.
Among all these factors, pursuing high-quality life plays a critical role. Moreover, most of them migrate to some foreign countries with a view to making their children receive good education there. Besides, some people just want to experience a different culture they like. All these above factors contribute to their choice to migrate to another country.
As far as I am concerned, though I enjoy various cultures all over the world, I won’t migrate to another country. For one thing, I don’t like to live far from my friends and relatives. For another, I can’t bear to speak and listen to a foreign language from day to night. In a word, everyone has his right to decide where to live, and everyone’s choice should be respected.

Since we opened our door outside, there are more and more people going to immigrate overseas recently. They would like to experience the another lifestyle by either working or communication.
There are some reasons for immigration. Firstly, some young people would love to study abroad and then find their speciality jobs there. Secondly some skilled people move to overseas for good life.At last people invest their money in overseas for business opportunity.
Generally speaking, people move out with their dream and hope to make their dream come true.
Some people feel isolated due to communication. some people don't feel happy due to different culture. Some people feel hard to build up family due to different religions. Actually not all people settle down very well, they can not find their own ways. Sum up these reasons, they can not get used to working and life enviroment instantly.
Eventually people prefer to work and live by their favourite methods, and then they will settle down.

Immigration is what has made America what it is today. In fact, there would be no America if not for immigration because everyone in the country is an immigrant or is directly descended from one. Even the oldest inhabitants, the Native Americans, emigrated from Asia. The rest of us come from all different places in the world. Countries such as England, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, China, Germany, and many others have all contributed to populate the United States. Immigration started with our nation’s beginning and it hasn’t seen and had continued for every year since. Each wave of immigrant brings new ideas and cultures as the people integrate with other Americans. Immigration is definitely a necessity, however if uncontrolled, it can also have devastating effects on the country’s economy and population. Therefore, immigration is only good, if it is limited immigration. I believe the policy on immigration the country currently holds is controlled and a good policy.
Immigration in its controlled state can have positive affects on the economy. They pay taxes and start businesses that boost the GNP. The starter of Hotmail was an immigrant from India with only $200. His company has certainly had a positive affect on the US economy. The most comprehensive immigration study, completed by the National Research Council, found that immigration provides an overall modest net gain for the United States. Roughly $7 billion to $10 billion a year are gained in an $8 trillion economy from immigration. Some local governments feel a financial strain in states with a large number of immigrants, notably California, the report said, because those households are more likely to have school-age children, depend on social services and pay lower taxes than native residents. But overall, the results are positive.
Immigration when not controlled will slaughter the country’s economy. Because many of the immigrants that come into the country come with nothing but the clothes on their backs, billions of dollars would have to be spent on just keeping the immigrant alive. Unchecked immigration would be the end to the average middle class family of today. Working for next to nothing, immigrants would flood the work force, forcing the middle class workers out of work and into poverty. We would see our wonderful nation slip into the realm of the third world country.
Immigration should not be stopped completely. We have many things to thank immigrant for. Immigrants from China built the Transcontinental Railroad, which brought our country together by connecting the East and West. Many have become scientist or engineers and have created numerous ideas and inventions to make our lives better. Allowing some immigration into our country is morally right. Many people flock to America’s shore escaping harsh oppression or persecution from cruel dictators and governments. America has become a safe haven for many of these people who are not given a chance to live in their home countries. For example, the many Vietnamese came that came America in the 1970s were escaping the deadly grasp of the their communist government. Many people also have come or tried to come from Cuba. There, the communist government, led by Fidel Castro, allows no freedom and kills anyone who argues with his policy. We are certainly doing a good thing by opening our borders to desperate foreigners seeking basic human rights.
Immigration is truly a helpful policy to our country. Without it, we would not be the America we are today. But like many other good things, too much is not good. If unchecked, immigration could become a heavy burden on our economy. However, a certain amount of immigrant has been shown to positively effect our country’s economy. Controlled immigration is with out a doubt the way to go.
