我查了下，ECharts是百度开发的开源代码，托管到了GitHub上，协议是：

看着说是免费的，但是得加上它的声明，也就是加上这个协议.

我暂时保留我的看法！

ECharts 是百度提供的免费开源图表库，不收费。
但是如果需求定制的话，可以联系作者或者相关服务商会收取一些费用。
